We are honored to be able to celebrate 2026 with you at our Election of Officers.
I have attached the registration form for Election of Officers meeting and Pioneer Night to be held at Vintage Rock Club on Friday, November 6, 2026. This year we have a DJ playing music while we enjoy good food and fellowship.
Also attached is the Pioneer Awards Night nomination forms for your convenience. Please make sure your nominations are in no later than Friday, October 30th. We are continuing our tradition as we hand out the Clarence Miller Pioneer Award for 40 years and Clarence Miller Service Award for 25 & 35 years.
Please note that we MUST have a registration ON TIME, so we have an accurate head count for our venue. I’m very sorry that we will not be able to take any late registrations after 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3rd. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not send in your registration on time.
