The weather is warming up and it’s time for our Annual Crawfish Boil. Let’s get together and enjoy some crawfish and company.
Attached is the registration form for the Crawfish Boil to be held on Wednesday, May 10th at Southport Hall.
Our deadline is no later than Friday May 5th by 4pm. This allows us to have a head count in time to make sure we have enough crawfish and beer for everyone.

2022 was a year full of changes for the Electrical Association of New Orleans. Our outstanding Board brought so many new and fresh ideas to the table, and we could not be more thrilled with the turnout and participation at each event. The most important take away of 2022 was the establishment of the EANO Scholarships that we were able to fund because of our generous Members and Sponsors. As soon as the Scholarships are awarded, we will share photos and details with you all.
It is time to renew your Membership and we ask you all to remember the exciting events attended and the fellowship and camaraderie shared by all as you make your decision to renew. We hope that you will continue at the same level that you committed to last year or maybe you want to move up the ladder a little to enjoy a few more perks. We welcome you to look over the sponsorship tiers and send your dues to Loni at your earliest convenience.
We are attaching the invoice for the 2023 Membership Dues for the Electrical Association of New Orleans which includes a breakdown of all Sponsorship Tiers. Please complete the information on the invoice and return with your payment per the instructions on the invoice. This year we are pleased to announce that we can accept quarterly payments for your Sponsorship. If you or your company requires a mailed copy please let us know and we will drop one in the mail to you.
Attached is also a proposed calendar of events. Please note that some of these events are subject to changes in date and venue as we firm up all of our contracts with these vendors.

The Electrical Association offers five scholarships for education in the electrical field.
Working with Delgado Community College we are offering financial assistance promoting careers in the electrical industry.
Students studying industrial, commercial and line work will be eligible to apply.

Note: Financial assistance for associated tools needed for classes are allowed.

Good Evening Members,
We are honored to be able to celebrate another year with you at our Election of Officers dinner.
I have attached the registration form for Election of Officers meeting and Pioneer Night to be held at The Moore Venue on Friday, November 18, 2022. This year we have a live band (The Cuisine) playing music while we enjoy good food and fellowship. Wear your best ugly sweater. We will have prizes for the best.
Also attached is, the Pioneer Awards Night nomination forms for your convenience. Please make sure your nominations are in no later than November 11th. We are continuing our tradition as we hand out the Clarence Miller Pioneer Award for 40 years and Clarence Miller Service Award for 25 & 35 years.
Please note that we MUST have a registration ON TIME, so we have an accurate head count for our venue. I’m very sorry that we will not be able to take any late registrations after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 11th. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not send in your registration on time.

Summer is here, so let’s get inside, out of the heat and do some bowling.
Rock N Bowl Family Night at 3016 South Carrollton Avenue in New Orleans. Food and drink will be provided –
Come dance, bowl, eat, drink and share a good time from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
Please send in the reservation form along with your payment or payment info to me as soon as possible.
We need an accurate head count so get those forms in right away. Deadline for reservations will be Monday, August 15 by 3:00 pm.

After careful consideration by the Electrical Association Board, we are pushing our Golf Tournament back a few days due to some unforeseen matters. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we look forward to seeing everyone out there for Thursday, May 5 (Cinco de Mayo) for an enjoyable day of golf starting with a 9:00 am shotgun.
After a year away, the Electrical Association of New Orleans is back and looking forward to seeing you all join us for the 6th Annual Jim Henderson Memorial Golf Tournament now at our new venue!!
Please see attached registration and sponsorship information. Be sure to check out the corporate sponsorship tiers we are offering this year in lieu of individual event registrations. The board is excited about these sponsorship options that will be used not only to help fund these events, but also to help bring continuing education and scholarship opportunities within our industry. If you have already made payment for memberships for the year it will be applied towards any corporate sponsorship you elect to purchase.
The tournament is now scheduled for Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Chateau Golf & Country Club (3600 Chateau Blvd., Kenner, La 70065).
Tee time is at 9:00 am and check in will start as early as 8:00 a.m.
There will be food and beverage tents throughout the course as well as a beverage cart throughout the day. If you or your company is interested in setting up a food and beverage tent, please let us know asap as spots are filling up quickly. Please provide food/beverage item when submitting your sponsorship.
We are also looking for prize donors for the event. If you cannot attend the tournament, perhaps you may wish to donate a prize for the door prizes or raffle prize table. If you are registering as a Corporate Sponsor and would also like to donate a prize, please list the prize(s) in your response with your registration.
