We are honored to be able to celebrate 2025 with you at our Election of Officers dinner.
I have attached the registration form for Election of Officers meeting and Pioneer Night to be held at Jaeger’s Seafood & Oyster House on Thursday, December 4, 2025. This year we have a DJ playing music while we enjoy good food and fellowship.
Also attached are the Pioneer Awards Night nomination forms for your convenience. Please make sure your nominations are in no later than November 21st. We are continuing our tradition as we hand out the Clarence Miller Pioneer Award for 40 years and Clarence Miller Service Award for 25 & 35 years.
Please note that we MUST have a registration ON TIME, so we have an accurate head count for our venue. I’m very sorry that we will not be able to take any late registrations after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21st. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not send in your registration on time.
